This space offers in two floors with a minimalist flair and custom details everything to make a comfortable stay for two to four guests.

The space
Designed and built in 2015 by Zac Boggs and Isabel Fernández from KornerLot Design & Development (kornerlot.com) this house pays homage to the Model T carriage houses of its neighborhood: The Henry Saint John Historic District.

Located steps from the pedestrian mall The Ithaca Commons and the new Press Bay Alley with some of the best eateries and shops in the area and in close proximity to waterfalls, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Upon your arrival you will find a list with details to make your stay more comfortable including our favorite restaurants and activities.

For cleanliness and to help our hardwoods last longer we ask that you leave your shoes in the downstairs entryway. Please bring socks with traction to stay warm and safe.

+ Central A/C and heat (point remote at unit) Back-up electric baseboard heaters for extra cold days. Even though it may be cold at first if you turn on the ceiling fan it will bring the heat to the downstairs area faster.

Within its light filled 19' lofted ceiling and a top the spiral staircase sits a queen size bed in a private mezzanine viewing through a skylight window; a work station and a chair to lounge on.

Bring eye masks if you like to sleep in, the loft is very bright!

On the main and second level there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, some storage and darkening shades; on this same level there is also a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub.

We offer towels, linens, paper products, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hand and dish soaps, laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use with the in unit washer and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a NEW MICROWAVE, seltzer machine, various coffee making devices including a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frothing for a cappuccino or a latte, coffee, tea, and a few cooking essentials: salt, pepper, olive oil, etc; basic utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glass ware - if something is missing do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to provide it!
