Note: property is an 18-and-older-only boutique hotel.

The space
The Coco Suite is 740 sq ft of living space with plenty of room for 4 people to enjoy La Isla Bonita. The king-sized bed is set in a beautifully tiled room with custom Mahogany woodwork including a spacious closet and dresser. The room has AC and a ceiling fan as well as a personal safe which can accommodate up to a 17" lap-top. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with niche for shampoos/soaps and a beautiful vessel sink set on concrete counter-top. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and is fully equipped for cooking with cookware, dishware, glassware (including plastics for pool-side lounging!), utensils and silverware. Also included is a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. The living room has a large sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized bed, dining area for up to 4 people, side table and chair, coffee table, 42" LED TV with 143 cable channels, WiFi throughout property including rooftop lounge and pool deck. The veranda is open and airy to enjoy the amazing sea breeze.

We are minutes from Marbucks Coffee House, The Truck Stop - San Pedro's newest outdoor addition, that features 2 restaurants, an ice-cream parlor, bar and play area with horse-shoes and corn hole tournaments. Also nearby: Stella's Smile - a beautiful wine bar that features a different dinner menu every night AND a spectacular sun-set deck, Feliz Bar and Grill - a sports-bar and favorite place to take in that special game, and Pirates Restaurant - specializing in a local delicacy - the Lion Fish!! Twisted Palm Villas is also only minutes from downtown San Pedro and all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of the jewel city of Belize. There is a very good grocery store just minutes away for all your grocery needs, including dry and canned goods, liquor and beer, fruits and vegetables.

I'm a tall handsome devil (ha), happily married for over 30 years (to the same woman - Laura!). After high school, I took a job in the stock brokerage business for 5 years before figuring out I didn't want to do that the rest of my life. I returned to Ohio State University and graduated in 2 years and 9 months with a double major in International Business and Marketing, and a minor in Eastern European Studies. My wife and I moved from Columbus Ohio in 1992 to Detroit Michigan, then Minneapolis Minnesota and in 1995, moved to Casper Wyoming where we raised our 2 kids, Rachel and Joe. We love Wyoming, but after 20 years in the car business, we decided to move to a nicer climate and start our own business. We moved to San Pedro Belize permanently in December 2014, bought a piece of ocean front property and built a small, 6-suite boutique hotel on it called Twisted Palm Villas.
