The space
60 square meters (640 sq ft) offer you a perfect place to relax and enjoy life in Mexico. Close to the white beach and with a restaurant / coffee shop / bar on site. All the rooms are air-conditioned with balconies and a nice sea breeze. It is a 20-minute stroll along the beach to the shops and bars of downtown Fifth Avenue.

The studios feature high speed internet, a fridge and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. Studios also have a well-equipped kitchenette.

A free complete breakfast is served daily. You can also enjoy Mexican and Italian cuisine in the La 88 restaurant.

Our location is on Fifth Avenue, in the north end of town, where life is still easy going and not so busy and noisy like downtown. People come here to relax and mix with locals, enjoy better prices and less crowded and more natural beaches.
