One bedroom apartment on the lower level of our house. Private entrance with pergola covered patio. Inside the Beltway, short bus ride to Bethesda, NIH and Silver Spring metro stations. Free on street parking. Neighborhood bordering Rock Creek Park.

The space
The living room and fully equipped kitchen are separated by an island. In the living area you'll find a dinning table, sofa bed (When used as a bed, we add memory foam topper for your comfort), and a work space with a computer and printer.
The bedroom has a king bed and three closets - one of them houses your private washer and dryer.
Please note that we live above the apartment, you may hear steps from upstairs.

Our house is in a quiet neighborhood steps away from the Rock Creek Park - a great place for jogging and biking. In close proximity are the Meadowbrook Stables and Candy Cane Park with public tennis courts. A 10 minute walk will get you to three restaurants including New York style deli and Chinese restaurant.

Miloš is a sport enthusiast; practices yoga, likes to run and play volleyball. Pavla enjoys taking walks and swimming.
