The space
The apartment is newly renovated, very bright (two panoramic windows) and has design furnishings and air conditioned.
It is composed by two thematic rooms (one of them suite), a living room, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, Ice Maker, Nespresso Cofee Machine, toaster and kettle, which allows comfortable long stays, and a 28 sqm terrace with Jacuzzi and total privacy.
The suite, with front ocean view, is decorated with motives that remind the 500 years of a Portuguese very traditional art – the Portuguese handcrafted tiles. The second room is decorated in sandy soft tones, reminding the calm and relaxing sunset Albufeira’s afternoons. Each bathroom contains heating towels rails, and is decorated accordingly to each room.
The living room, also with front ocean view, and decorated on a chic beach style, includes the following free equipments: internet, wifi, cableTV (100+ channels).
Updates are made on a continous way, so you may be surprised with new decoration touches.

Due to the current pandemic situation, we are taking extra care in cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in order to guarantee the safety of our guests.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, easily acessed directly from the main road, thanks to the declivity of the ground and the architetural structure of the building (only two small stairways ramps).
Other things to note
According to Clean & Safe protocol, all the mandatory measures in terms of cleaning and disinfecting are being followed, to guarantee the safety of our guests.
If you wish, for long term stays (more than 1 week) a once a week cleaning service is available at 35€ per week (includes fresh bed and bath clothes and the apartment cleaning).

Our apartment is exceptionally located, on a calm but central area, 6 minutes walking from Peneco Beach (300m) and 12 minutes from Pescadores beach (the most beautiful and recognized beaches of Albufeira). You can enjoy a lovely view from the beaches and Albufeira city from a viewpoint located just around the corner of the main building.
You can find a small grocery 50m away (Nelos's Supermarket) and a big supermarket (Intermarché) 500m away.
The city center with a complete and diversified offer of shops, restaurants and bars is at just 10 minutes walking distance. We invite you to take a stroll downtown, have a dinner in one of the many restaurants in the area, or dance all night in its discos and bars.
