VILLA ESPANA is one of the very few truly beach front Villas in Thailand. The Villa is set on a very large plot of prime beach front land. It is a 5 star luxury Villa.
Villa Espana is set in the 7 Km. long Dolphin Bay Beach, 30 minutes from Hua Hin.

The space
- The Villa is very large (over 300 square meters).
- Five bedrooms with beds for 15 people and 5 bathrooms. Also there is a large double sofa bed in he living room downstairs and another one in the living room upstairs. So an additional 4 people can sleep in the sofa beds. So this is enough for a total of 19 people. If your group has more than 19 people, we can provide additional mattresses.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Beach front porch on ground floor, with very large BBQ and outdoor dining area with nice lighting at night and outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, swimming-pool reclining chairs...etc)
- Beach front large terrace on 1st floor.
- Large living rooms both on ground floor and 1st floor.
- Snooker table in the downstairs living-room.
- Bed distribution is: 3 bedrooms with double king size beds, 1 bedroom with one double king size bed and a bunk bed, 1 bedroom with two bunk beds and one single bed.

SERVICES:
- Free high speed WI-FI throughout the Villa.
- Satellite TV.
- Daily cleaning of bedrooms (change towels, sheets,etc).
- Air conditioning throughout the house and in all bedrooms.
- Washing machine for use by villa guests.
