The space
The first story is an open area, waterfront, with hammocks ,cloth washer, tables, BBQ and half bathroom area.
In the second story is the full house with a beautiful balcony and a Mirador, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with stereo ,HDTV, high speed INTERNET Wi Fi and dining room, Kitchen area with top propane gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toast maker and all utensils for cook eat and drink , pots and pans. Full Air Conditioning, 2 inverters ,1 wall units and Ceiling fan in all areas.
1.5 bathroom , hot water shower ,soap ,towels ,hair blower, iron and iron table .
Automatic electric gate, parking for 3 cars, 10 minutes from Ponce Down Town and Commerce, with a. Very secure place. ADT Alarm. Landscaping and trees.
