The space
The Manor (400m2) is pure Norman style timbered with 2 floors, with 5x Double room including 2 master suite (30m2) with a dining room (100m2), 3x Private Large Bathroom, Charcoal Barbecue and a monumental fireplace to accomodate 19x peoples.

A 1-hectare park surrounds the area of the manor with land for horses (Hermes and Memense).

Upstairs all the rooms are timbered and bathrooms of the 2 Master family bedroom suites (Double Bed 4xPeoples) + 2 Master Bedroom (Double Bed for 6x Peoples) are convenient and comfortable to accomodate 10x peoples.
Ground floor, 1 master Bedroom (x2) + 1 detach bathroom and common area (100m2) 3x queen bed convertible and 1x sofa (couch to accomodate suitable for teenager or small adult) so 9x peoples
Each bed with linen and duvet + Hand towel and hangers.
We have extra linens at your disposal on request.
A 12x5m pool is at your disposal with water heating for your comfort.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
2 grills are available near the pool to spend an amazing lunch or dinner with friends.
Recreation: Tree swing + table tennis +baby-Foot + 4 adult bicycles, 1 kids bicycles.
A large glass table in the living room can accommodate 12 peoples with its service round table for 7 peoples so 19x peoples at diner!
At night, the pool light and the house light all these lights.
Meals:
You can have French breakfast with baguette, local jam, local honey and croissant for € 10 per person.
You can also enjoy the host table on reservation.

The manor is located in Beaumont near the forest Roger, one of the largest private estates in Europe. The hiking trail GR 224 passes the first area with access privileges to go for a ride on horseback in the forest. The Risle is near the property as well as the Normandie, River 1st category.

Located 15 minutes from the Bernay railway station (direction - Caen Paris), we can pick you up at the train station for 20 € (4 passengers) or order a small van for 7 passengers for 40 €

Access to the heated pool, tennis court (on request Bernay), the games room (outdoor ping pong table, 4 adult bicycles, 2 kids bicycles and outdoor games ...).

The neighborhood is surrounded with land, farm and 65min from Sea (Deauville beach, Casino and Horse Racing).

The forest is ideal for nice walk and horse riding.
