I think this comment left on the message board perfectly describes the atmosphere of the "al Muretto" living room: a unique opportunity to enjoy the city and daydream!

Almost all the reviews of our guests have rewarded us by giving us 5 stars in cleanliness: in this period, to all this, we add a perfect and total sanctification of the house.

The space
A super design environment with a two-seater giant shower and chromotherapy, glass floor and roof on the real Roman walls of the 1st and 3rd centuries after Christ.

The 50 square meter apartment has a lovely private terrace and is located on the first floor of a very particular building dating back to the end of the 19th century.
The area, in the shadow of the Basilica of San Giovanni, is very quiet and away from traffic and other buildings but very well connected to all means of transport, buses, trams and especially with the subway just two blocks away.

In front of the house there is a large free and free parking lot. Although it is not private it is as if it were because the area is controlled and, in over four years of activity, our guests have always used and appreciated it as can be seen in the numerous reviews.

On foot you can reach the Colosseum in 20 minutes.

- The air of the whole house is changed and not recycled every half hour making the stay of more people pleasant.
Excellent for a couple or a family with young children: the internal staircase is equipped with a protection barrier.

A wide range of accessories, completely free, worthy of a luxury hotel complete the comfort of the home:

Unlimited high-speed WIFI (69 MB / sec in DOWNLOAD and 20 Mb / sec in UPLOAD) plus a totally free portable WIFI for guests.

Towels, 2 hair dryers, mat, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom scale.
Disposable: intimate soap, shower caps, toilet bags.
Washing machine, dryer, 2 steam irons, ironing board, dirty laundry basket and drying rack.
Induction hob, pots and grills, dishwasher, scale, kettle, Nespresso with pods, American coffee machine with coffee and filters, toaster, tea and various infusions.
Plates, water and wine glasses, cups and all the equipment of a super-equipped kitchen. Spices and condiments normally used in cooking.

As can be seen in the title of the announcement, the neighborhood is "Monti", that is, the neighborhood of central Rome.
To be precise, however, the house is on the border with the San Giovanni district: and this is a good opportunity as it is next to the Metro stop, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, banks, newsagents, shopping centers (Coin and Happio), laundries and pharmacies open day and night.
