Mountain house as an output of a story book located in the most emblematic villa of Tucumán Villa Nougues. Only 20 minutes by car from the city of Yerba Buena ascending by asphalt route about 1200 masl.

Our house has more than one hectare of garden, quincho and lots of charm for you to enjoy a beautiful stay in the Yunga Tucumana.

The space
Our particular mountain chalet is surrounded by trees , hills and an infinite variety of vegetation. With a privileged partial view of the city of Tucumán and huge outdoor spaces to walk and enjoy the living nature.
The villa has 3 bedrooms complete with the following description:
The master bedroom is the SUITE. Built in a 5 Star Hotel style. There are 56 m2 of room with dressing room and bathroom with shower and bathtub for immersion baths. Details in white marble and double wash. The suite room has views of the Garden and a large stone window and mountain views.
The second double bedroom is located on the first floor. It was the main room previously and has a built-in fireplace and windows overlooking the city, garden and front of the house. It has a built-in wardrobe and a picturesque decor. The bathroom is shared with the 3rd room .
The third room is lovely. With 2 good size English style single beds, window overlooking the city and garden. It has a dark oak wardrobe.
The house features a full, very well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with imposing fireplace, and a stylish dining room.
Very few houses in the villa have a large quincho to make the best Creole roasts.

Near our Chalet is the center of Villa Nougués known as the “Hostería” . Rest assured, I'll be there every half day of the year. Excellent service and menu of typical meals of the region.
