A renovated studio up to 2, with a balcony with sea view to Vathi beach. The studio has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, full equipment kitchen. Suitable for couples to relax. Next to romantic port of Souvala , just 5 minutes walking distance from the Souvala port ,market, taverns, bakery, pharmacy etc. Ferry boats has 3-4 times per day from Pireas port directly to Souvala port. Also there are 3 beaches in walking distance from the studio.

There are Ferry boats 3-4 times per day from Pireas port directly to Souvala port. Also from Aegina port you could take the bus to Souvala or a taxi . Aegina island is just an hour from Pireas port. A quite place to relax! Souvala is a small port in the north 10klm from Aegina town. Daily fishermen arrive to Souvala port and you could buy fresh fish directly from their boat to cook!! Romantic restaurants and bar called NAMASTE is 5 minutes from the studio. Follow the secret path to Vathi beach. Taste Greek salad with oil and feta, fresh sea food like marida & kalamari or octapus, souvlaki and peanuts.

My neighbors are very kind, cheerful and happy to help you or invite you at their home for a greek coffee. It is a very quiet neighborhood and there is a collective effort by all to ensure the place clean and keep quiet. In walking distance (5 minutes from the house)is the Souvala Port, there are 3-4 taverns, 2-3 restaurants, 2 mini market, a super market,bakery, pharmacy, 2-3 cafe bar. In walking distance other beaches to swim 10-15 minutes.
Vathi beach , stone - 5 minutes
Souvala beach at the port , very clean- some stone some sandy- 5 minutes
Loutra beach , a sandy beach with beach bar - 15 minutes
