Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica.
This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee.
Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

The space
This holiday home is located on a cliff right above the sea in a quiet part of Crikvenica riviera. The home has two floors which are connected by an inner staircase. Living room, dining area, kitchen and a terrace are located on the top floor, while the bedroom and two bathrooms are located on the lower level. One bathroom is fully separated. And the one with hot tub is connected to the livingroom. In the living room there is a gallery with one queen size bed. Outside there are two sitting areas. One is in the shade near the grill and the other in the sun by the pool.

The house is situated at a small dead end street. Direct neighbours are only on the right side of the house. There are fence plants dividing the properties. Next to the house are stairs leading to the beach, and the house is well hidden from it. The beach direct down from the house is rocky, but 100 m away is the pebbly beach from the pictures. There is also a small beach bar. Few minutes walk on the other side of the peninsula are archeological ruins Lokvišće and healing mud beach.
