House is located on the coast of Black Sea. There is a place for 8-9 people. There is swimming pool, billiard, barbeque and fountain in the house. Nearby there are resteurants, SPA and Clubs. Place is located in 60km (1hour driving) from Batumi and nearly the same from Kutaisi airport.

House is unique with comfort. There is air-conditioner in each room, WIFI and satellite TV. In Yard there is a hammock and basketball ring. Also there is Ping-Pong and Billiard.

I am Georgian who knows his country very well and who can be an awsome host. I can recommend the best places in Georgia depending on tourism type and guests taste. I have 2 hotel rooms in Ski resort Bakuriani (total 7 persons) 1 hotel room in sea resort Sunset Kvariati near Batumi(2 persons). 1 big house with swimming pool near Batumi in Grigoleti, Georgia (9-10 persons), and probably the best Luxury house in Tbilisi. У меня есть 2 отельных номера на горном курорте Бакуриани, Грузия(7 чел.). 1 отельный номер на пляжном курорте в Квариати (около Батуми) (2 чел.) , большой дом на пляже Григолети (около Батуми) (9-10 чел.) и наверное лучший luxury вилла в Тбилиси (8 чел).
