The space
Synergy is the essence of luxury, refinement and exceptional service … a place to rest, breathe and be. With total privacy, the feeling of a family home is recreated at Synergy. Beautiful balau walkways wind through the trees interlinking the various aspects of the home, and bringing the various entertainment areas together in perfect harmony. There is beautiful fire pit that sits at the heart of the home, and the glass walls of the upper living area can be drawn back so as to enhance the seamless flow of indoor and outdoor living. Having only two bedrooms, this intimate, romantic and special space offers the finest in South African hospitality. The kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances, right down to a coffee machine that pretty much makes your coffee for you. There are two wood burning fire places for those wintery days, along with plasma screen televisions in both of the bedrooms and in the lounge. There is also a beautiful water feature which flows through the space adding an element of absolute tranquility. The gardens are the pride and joy of Synergy, boasting a plunge pool surrounded by comfortable chaises to stretch out on and soak up the warmth of the day. Oh, and there's a fabulous outside shower too! Think luxury and relaxation ... we will take care of the rest.

Scarborough is a tranquil village nestled against the mountains and surrounded by rugged coastline, pristine beaches and bordering on the Cape Point Nature Reserve, where buck, ostriches and various other wildlife are spotted daily. There are a number of charming restaurants all within a few minutes walk away, along with a bakery, micro-brewery and a deli stocking food, basic essentials, good coffee and fresh juices. In all directions there are good surf spots, beautiful walks and gorgeous tourist destinations.
