Self contained, immaculately clean, 4 star accommodation, well equipped with open plan living & balconies. Super huge Master Bedroom & ensuite, two televisions, free unlimited wi-fi, private walk in lagoon swimming pool & spa (heated in Winter months) & sauna. BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area.

The space
This well appointed holiday Villa offers plenty of room to spread out. Private boutique and quiet accommodation surrounded by amazing tropical gardens and swaying palm trees. Well equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and all cooking equipment provided. Dishwasher, oven, & full size refrigerator with freezer. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Two Queen bedrooms plus twin single bedroom (sleeps 6) Additional cost for rollaway bed an option for 7th person/child if needed. Ensuite to master, second bathroom with bath, and a third bathroom/laundry on the first level (living areas). Two balconies with pool view. Free off street under cover private parking for one vehicle.

Conveniently located 50 metres from one of Australia’s most amazing waterways, the Noosa River. The perfect place for fishing and boating, jet skiing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Hire a boat for the afternoon or throw a line in from the public jetty. Take a thrill ride out to Laguna Bay and see the dolphins and whales. Visit the Sunshine Coast Hinterland & Glass House Mountains. Close to the famous Eumundi markets, Noosa farmers market and the Sunday craft market at the Noosa Marina (1.5km walk). Sunset Cove is a short 3km drive from Main Beach Noosa Heads & Hastings Street, 8 km from Sunshine Beach & 13 kms from Peregian Beach, all of these beaches offer the whitest sand and crystal clear blue water.

We are blessed to live and work in such an idyllic location on the Sunshine Coast. A relaxed laid-back Noosa lifestyle, friendly people, warm tropical climate, the river, beach & hinterland all at our doorstep.

Our personal favorite activity is to walk the Noosa National Park Headland coastal track with the chance of spotting dolphins, turtles and whales along the 5km return trail. At the end of our street is the Noosa River and canals where you can hire a stand up paddle board, jet ski or BBQ pontoon boat.

We love the outdoors, meeting new people and sharing stories.
