Cozy and private loft on Sutton mountain, surrounded by trees, in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet 2 minutes away from the ski and mountain bike station as well as the P.E.N.S. hiking trails
(Parc d'Environnement Naturel de Sutton).
The Round Top trail leads to the summit with a fabulous view of the region, and a excellent panorama of Jay Peak and the "Green Mountains of Vermont.

The space
Located on the ground level of an "A-frame" house, the loft, with its own entrance, has a beautiful stone fireplace to enjoy on cold nights (firewood provided) and an outdoor space with a fireplace (firewood provided).
Please note that the right hand side of the house (the outdoor fireplace area), is shared with the upstairs tenant.
The front and left hand side of the house, where we have just added an outdoor kitchen with both a gas and charcoal Bbq, are yours only.

You will find a well equipped kitchen with a convection oven, a micro-wave oven, a french press coffee maker, a stove top espresso machine and a milk frother.

There is an entrance to a hiking trail around the corner that leads to the famous "Marmites des sorcières" dip holes in about a 20 minutes walk, or down to the village in about 1 1/2 hour.
The charming village of Sutton, only 3 kilometres away, has all the commodities you will need, with its nice shops, cafés, a fresh bagel shop, restaurants and breweries as well as a few art galleries.
