They are a few things that are essential to a truly amazing vacation or trip. And those things will not fit in your luggage.

A good night sleep on a spacious and comfy bed, free parking, spotless bathroom with plush towels and the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap), full kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge) for morning coffee and late night snacks, nice bigTV, beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, hammock, cooler), proximity to all the main attractions, a furnished backyard to chill in the afternoon and read a book, and of course WiFi.

The tropical vacations should be luxurious. But you don't have to break your wallet to be able to afford one. This is why we designed our Cozy Cottage, a home away from home. The privacy and comfort of a luxurious hotel suite with a lot more space and a lot more perks. This unit features a spacious living room with a 55-inch HD TV, office desk with a white leather chair, two serene bedrooms facing the outdoors side patio , a large functional kitchen with all essentials, a dining area and modern bathroom with double sink and a stand-up shower. A true tropical vacation in the heart of Luquillo. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Renting a car is recommended. We are 5 minute away from the beach (by car), 15 min away from El Yunque Rainforest and Fajardo Ferry. Uber is very inexpensive to get around as well but not reliable. If you need recommendations for private local drivers, reach out.

What's great about our neighborhood?

1. It is perfectly placed just 5 minutes drive from the several gorgeous beaches, the rainforest and 15 minutes from Fajardo Ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra and the breathtaking Cabezas nature preserve. Luquillo offers amazing beached (El Balneario, La Pared) for swimming in the clear warm waters, snorkeling or surfing with some killer views!

2. It is still a very safe, private residential area, in a secluded dead-end street that allows for privacy and peace. Most of our neighbors are authentic puerto-ricans, very friendly and very helpful. People here share what grows in the backyards (mangoes, carambola, coconuts, acerola - based on seasonal availability) and are very communial.

3. We are conveniently located minutes from great dinning with best variety of food options (Puertorican, Mexican, Peruvian, and Italian , Japanese and Chinese). We are a few minutes away from supermarket Amigo, Puma gas station, Walgreens, Antique bakery and a range of fast food places such as Wendys, Mac Donalds, KFC, Subway and more.
