Relax and/or work in Quiet, Comfortable home. Pool is very clean, well maintained. Located in gated community-over 10000 acre natural environs. Great views. Many hiking trails. Close to the gated entrance and close to the river with waterfalls. On a dead end road: No traffic.

10% discount for weekly stay. Casa Montaña is Quiet in a beautiful place.
Private House. 69 mts2 (743 ftsq). No steps. Air conditioning not needed. The fans and the open breeze are very adequate.

Clean and beautiful private pool. Weber gas barbeque. Close to the entrance of the gated community. Not far from the river and trails.

Full kitchen and bedroom. Bedroom with comfortable Beautyrest Elite Queen bed and 32 inch smart TV with youtube, prime, netflix...

Grand room has 40 inch TV with cable service and roku.

Twin bed cot would be added in bedroom or grand room for 3rd person.

Parking at door. Close to main security gate. All linens, towels, hangers, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hair drier, provided. Full private kitchen: Refrigerator, gas stove & oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and bean grinder, blender, rice cooker, air popper, mini food processor, chopper, electric wok. Private in-house Laundry room: Inside Private Washer/dryer, iron. During Pandemic, bring your own pillows and blankets (unless you are a tourist).

Panama

House is totally furnished, from toilet paper, towels, dishes, coffee pot, microwave, TV & washer/dryer. During the pandemic, we do not provide blankets or pillows (unless you are arriving from outside Panama).
If you arrive from another country, pillows and blankets will be provided.

Large gated community in forested mountain region. The community is over 10,000 acres. A vehicle is necessary if you wish to get around it all. It is hilly so you must down shift and save your brakes.
River walking trail follows the Rio Maria for 3 kilometers each way. Infra-structure includes many walking trails through rain-forest.
The area is known for wildlife and plant life.
Restaurant 'Senderos' is 2 km for take out during pandemic. 2 mini-supers in Sora (3 km). Major shopping in Coronado/Las Lajas.
