Cozy Little Townhouse in Soller in a quiet neighbourhood a few minutes walking distance to the "Plaza".
1 Big bedroom with Bath enSuite in the House. The 2nd bedroom and bath is in a little Casita in the Garden next to the Pool.

The space
Completely new, with great attention to detail, renovated stone house with garden and pool in the heart of Soller.
Quiet and idyllic located, approximately 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful Plaza.

The whole house has been completely remodeled in 2015 and thereby individually and tastefully furnished.
Downstairs you will find a completely open living room with adjoining, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the beautiful terrace and the garden.
On 1st floor a large bedroom with en suite bathroom was comfortably furnished
The second bedroom and bathroom can be found in the small garden casita by the pool.

The garden and the cozy lounge area invites you to relax & enjoy. The pool (8 x 2.5m) and the wooden deck is the favorite place, pick out the lemons for your gin&tonic from the trees in the garden for your sundowner.

In just 5 minutes you can stroll to the Plaza of Soller. Here invite all sorts of cafes and small restaurants to linger.
For daily shopping, you can find small grocery stores, a deli and 2 larger supermarkets. There is a weekly market every Saturday!

There is on old tram, that runs in only 10 minutes to Port Soller, the beach and the port of Soller.
A long promenade to stroll and many great restaurants here make a welcome change.
Or take the old railway through the mountains and 18 tunnels in just 1 hour to Palma.
The capital of Mallorca develops lately increasingly becoming cosmopolitan with many small individual shops and cafes and restaurants.
Even in beautiful Deia, 20 minutes by rental car o taxi, there are great restaurants, or enjoy an unforgettable sundowner at the beautiful Residencia Hotel.

You can start off your hiking & mountain bike tours around Soller, Biniaraix and Fornalutx also directly from the house.

The house is equipped with free WIFI and a pellet stove for winter times.
For your own comfort we recommend to rent a smaller rental car for the narrow streets and alleys of Soller.

During winter season between November and March we charge 125€ heating fee for your stay.
