Full kitchen w/all amenities. Guests can walk(30 min) or take bus (2 min walk to bus stop) to NIH, Walter Reed and/or metro. Fresh coffee and teas provided for entire stay. Breakfast items for first morning : cold cereal, fresh bagels and cream cheese, small containers of milk and OJ. One block from Rock Creek Park.

Welcome to this beautiful and private 2 bed and 2 bath fully equipped apartment in a gorgeous modern farmhouse. Perfectly located in the City of Rockville. The apartment is in the basement of a newly constructed (2020) home. Completely separate with a private entrance and outdoor space. When you enter the home you will notice full natural light and high ceilings. No detail has been spared in the cozy 1000 sq ft apartment. From the full size laundry room to the soft close toilet seats.

Visit DC! Renovated basement w/ bedroom, en-suite bath, and kitchenette with private entrance available in residential Silver Spring. Home is one block to major bus lines, half a block to bike rental station, or 15 min walk/5 min bus ride to metro and is a quiet and safe but convenient location for your DC/ Silver Spring visit. UPDATE! Both metro stations near our home will be closed June- August 2024 due to purple line construction. Only bus service will be available for the summer.

Ideally located minutes from the Glenmont Metro Station (Red line), the Westfield Wheaton Mall and downtown Silver Spring. You could not ask for a better place to stay for work or pleasure

NEWLY UPDATED: This spacious and surprisingly bright Bethesda half-basement is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Walter Reed, NIH, and the metro. Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas and evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, and a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge and microwave are on hand for snacks. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.
