This magnificent lodge is built in stone and timber in the finest Patagonian style, and is located right on the shore of Bariloche’s Lake Gutierrez in Villa Arelauquen. Oak floors and open fireplaces combine with expansive lake and mountain views to make this the perfect place for families and groups looking for a comfortable lake-side retreat. With an acre of idyllic private parkland to explore, a huge terrace overlooking the lake, and direct access to the lake-shore, guests are invited to unwind in style, gaze out over the lake, and watch as the sun sets behind the granite spires and snow-capped peaks of Mount Catedral. The property is located right on the lake shore, just off the famous route 40. Downtown Bariloche is 20 minutes away, the national park 5 minutes away, and the ski resort and the airport 15 minutes away. As well as 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is a play area with a ping pong table upstairs. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fibre-optic wifi and cable/smart TV, a washing machine, a terrace with a Tromen BBQ/Parilla and a large fire pit.

Located just 5km from the center of Bariloche in a nice neighborhood between thetown of Bariloche and attractions to the west. The bus stop is 10/15 minutes to the ski station at Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, Circuito Chico and Cerro Campanario, one of the 7 best views in the world and to downtown Bariloche. The house is equipped with central heating, WIFI, offering all the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable. Welcome to this little paradise. This cabin has a very particular style, a combination of rustic and modern. It was finished at the end of 2018 and comes with everything you need to avoid leaving during your stay. It is a unique cabin for its architecture, located in the middle of the forest with incredible views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Andes Cordillera.
