Our 3-star holiday apartment with terrace and lake view in the middle of the leisure center, near the ski lift, near the cross-country ski runs and toboggan run. Next door the youth hostel. Directly in front of the house there is a new beach volleyball field, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball field, Kneipp pool with a barefoot path about 200 meters away. Indoor pool, sauna and ice rink a few steps away. Mini golf course, tennis court and children's playground are about 200 meters away.

Natural & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200 year old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). There is a children's playground right next door and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling routes is a few minutes' walk away. Wooden house with sun, nature, on the outskirts of town

On the outskirts of the village in a quiet and very sunny location. Infrastructure very good with several shops (Edeka, bakery, butcher, fresh trout on site, restaurants ...), large playground, mini golf, tennis . Hiking, cycling, culture (Basel, Freiburg, B Säckingen), …In winter, with enough snow, the ski center is open, two ski lifts for alpine skiing, sledding, ice sports hall open, swimming pool, sauna….. Enjoy a few beautiful days in our cozy studio apartment in chalet style with large sunny south-facing terrace and Netflix. On the terrace is a lounge and a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground garage. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. New kitchen with large ceramic hob and oven. My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of coziness, wooden floors, FengShui bed 160x200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, Geopathy, Esmog and Perfume Free! My place is good for nature loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and recovered, but not for smokers, animals, even the roasting of meat is not desired.
