The house is idyllically located, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters of altitude) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center is a 10-minute drive away. The ski area See can be reached in 10 minutes by car and Ischgl in 25 minutes. The apartment is especially suitable for nature-loving people looking for peace and tranquility. Dogs are allowed.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are reachable by car in about 5, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer and winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive away by car/ ski bus!
