We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Cozy, older, but remodeled, cabin. Sits on the bank overlooking the lake. Open floor plan. Full kitchen/bath. Hot tub on deck. Multiple steps down to the dock on the water. Fire pit w/ starter wood included. Very peaceful setting. Due to the age of the cabin prior to remodel, there may be some inconsistencies noted in the settling of the cabin over the years. You may hear a creaking in the floor when walking or see that a line is not perfect but we aim to offer a clean, comfortable stay.
