It has its own fenced off private driveway & yard, and has undercover parking for one vehicle. The Hut offers a King bed, 3 seater sofa lounge with fold out queen size 8 inch air mattress, Smart TV, WiFi, Aircon,Full size Fridge, Microwave, BBQ, Kettle, Toaster, Tea & Coffee. We also have Sheep and Cattle that love to be hand fed and are very friendly

There are three King Bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, loungeroom, bathroom with separate toilet. Now with wifi! 1km from Mudgee centre. A short walk or 1 minute drive will bring you to the towns coffee shops, and other hot spots! 8/159a market street. Tea, Coffee and Milk provided. Bulla Villa is privately owned. The beds are very comfortable with new mattress toppers (05/01/24) !! The king beds can be split into king singles if needed. If an early check in is required I can usually make that work but not always . Sleep ins on your day of check out can usually be arranged as well!
