El apartamento es exterior a una plaza, hay buena luz natural durante todo el día. Está reformado, cocina, baño...etc. Los muebles son rústicos de los años 80. Ubicado a cinco minutos de la playa y casco antiguo. Dispone de Wifi y aire acondicionado. La TV tiene conexión a internet. Ofrecemos un descuento del 20% por semana y del 45% por mes. Hay aparcamiento cercano gratuito por las tardes. Hay ascensor y rampa, pueden resultar estrechos para silla de ruedas.

Marina Playa complex located in front of Marina del Este Beach. Magnificent sea views, in a quiet area, five minutes from the Horseshoe. It is a third floor with elevator, fully equipped, with wonderful views from the terrace, with a swimming pool (open during summer months) and parking in the development. The house has WIFI and surveillance (cameras ). Ideal for diving and water sports. From the urbanization you walk down to the beach on a private road.

A perfect mediterranean getaway gem. Sited in the tallest area of the town, Casa Caracol is pettit, quirky and stylish. It has access from the Eras del Castillo square as well as a pedestrian street. Perfect for a couple with kids or 2 couples. Spectacular views of the sea and the town from the roof terrace. Full of character and in the middle of the Historic Barrio del Castillo and few minutes walk away from Playa de San Cristobal and Playa del Altillo.

Sunny house a few meters from the sea.

The apartment has a very current decor with high quality new furniture, very suitable for families with children. The best is its location in the center of town with the beach just a few meters away, ideal for summer and winter, as it is very sunny. It has all the services very close. If you don't want to use the car you don't need it as there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars....everything you need next door.
