A 4 km des plages et du port de Lesconil, 500m des commerces, studio rénové de 50 m² pour idéalement 2 personnes, 4 personnes possible, à l'arrière d'une belle longère. Séjour avec canapé-lit, TV, WIFI (faible), cuisine américaine très bien équipée, coin nuit séparé par un meuble breton avec lit 160, salle d'eau, WC séparés. Linge de maison et produits de base fournis. Pas d'animaux car le petit jardin devant est non clôturé et proche de la route.

In the heart of the hyper-city center, close to all services. Incredible apartment on the top floor of a secure residence with elevator. Created as a one-storey house of 80m2 on the ground, placed on the roofs of the historic center. Terrace of 30m2 without any vis-à-vis, bathed in sunshine all day. Secure parking space.

Beautiful cozy apartment completely renovated while maintaining its charm (exposed stones) located on a pedestrian street. You will enjoy its small shaded walled private courtyard for breakfast or aperitivo. Forget your car, you will do everything on foot: Notre Dame des Carmes church 1 minute away, towpath 2 steps away, market (on Thursdays) 6 minutes away. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of a bar, so there may be some noise pollution.
