De woning is aan de boulevard met terrasjes en restaurants. Zeer centraal, binnen heel rustig door goede isolatie. Aan de achterzijde terras 50m2 om te zonnen, te eten of rustig te lezen en aan de voorzijde een klein balkon met uitzicht op zee en boulevard 50 mtr van het strand. Gratis parkeren aan strandweg. Zéér volledig ingericht, satelliet tv,Netflix. Privé woning. Voorkamer met 2 persoons bed, slaapkamer met 2 persoons bed, achterkamer 2 persoons bed. Zeer geschikt voor stellen en familie.

Beautiful apartment very well located 100 meters from the beach, it is completely new along with all its accessories, everything of great quality especially the mattresses, access to the highway is next door, the Calella train station is 500 meters away. It is ideal to spend a few days on vacation because it has all the amenities next door and at the same time is a quiet area.
