Garrus and Kilfarrassy beach are 5mins drive away. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

SUEDE COTTAGE A Contemporary House on the Beach

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.
