Bright and Relaxed Self-Contained Apartment on Penny Lane

Gaze down on the famous tree-lined Penny Lane whilst browsing the many books, games, and DVDs provided in this period home. Locally-sourced art is available for purchase, and there are various Beatles nods and playful yellow accents. Our standard set up is for 4 people and 2 beds. Should you require any additional beds, we can provide these for an additional one-off charge of £25. We can provide one complimentary travel cot bed on request. The apartment is above our studio, and has been refurbished to a high standard. It has it's own self-contained rear access. The two well appointed bedrooms on the upper floor have good quality double beds and wardrobe storage. Bedroom 1 has an additional sofa bed. There are two bathrooms on the same level - one with a bath and overhead shower, the second with a large shower. The spacious and bright living room has a large double sofa bed for larger groups or for those wanting an additional bedroom. Hotel quality linen and towels are supplied. Our kitchen/diner is spacious enough for everyone to congregate and eat together and is well equipped for self catering. There is a small supermarket situated below stocking all the staples and a rivalled range of craft beers. We are family-friendly and understand travelling with children - we have a highchair and travel cot at your disposal, and are happy to chat through any specific requirements. The entrance lobby is large enough to store a folded pram. There are two flights of stairs within the property, with a handrail to one side of each. Free wi-fi and complementary snacks provided. There is a TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs and books, and Netflix ready to use. The price per night for 4 people is on the basis of 2 beds being in use. Cleaning fee assumes a 1 week stay. Requests for additional beds to be made up, and cleaning fees for longer stays can be accommodated for an extra fee. After check-in we will leave you to your own devices, but during normal office hours our friendly staff will be nearby for any tips or queries. Out of hours / weekend contact information provided. Penny Lane needs no introduction for Fab 4 fans. Wave at day trippers on a magical mystery tour to here, there, and everywhere while walking in Greenbank and Sefton parks. Then sample the pubs and independent eateries on Allerton and Smithdown roads. Conveniently positioned for the airport, train stations, universities and of course the city centre itself, Penny Lane is a short walk to a multitude of bus routes and strolls through the parks. Equidistant from both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool South Parkway, the apartment is also a 15min walk to the local train station of Mossley Hill. There is plenty of free on-street parking, and there is a City Bike station nearby. Anfield and Goodison are both c20min drive (although allow at least an hour on match days). We are passionate about supporting local businesses, from micro-breweries to independent restaurants, to artists. We love our locally-sourced artwork which is available to purchase direct from us during your stay, and you can take home the same plants and pots from an independent shop along the lane.

A beautifully presented 3 bedroom terraced house in a fantastic location! Within 2 minutes walk you will find Edge Lane retail park with plenty of shops, restaurants and a Marks And Spencer food hall. There is also other supermarkets and fast food outlets in OldSwan within walking distance. The property is situated within a 10 min drive from Liverpool and Everton Football Stadiums. Tourist attractions such as The Cavern Club, Albert dock, Galleries, Museums, St georges hall and the cathedrals.

Relax in my peaceful & charming 2 bedroom terraced house on a little side road, under 2 miles from the centre of Liverpool! My place is perfect for accessing the nearby Wavertree Fitness & Aquatics centre, the Mystery park, & close to the prestigious Sefton Park. Local & residential area. More spacious than a flat, with a King size bed & Fast Wifi! A good choice for those wishing to be just outside of the busy centre. Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.
