You can get away from the noisy city area, yet it's only 5 km to the Lake Kawaguchiko, easy to access other attractions in the area (you need your own car to get by). Ohinata in Sakuho-town is a small village in a valley. I renovated a 80 years small wooden house by myself taking a long time. The building used to be used for raising silkworms by farms. It was our culture and industry to get silks in this area. You can have a calm time for having Coffee and beer, reading books, listening music... The village is surrounded by nature for hiking to mountains and rivers. Some local families live in around the house, so please stay like the village people.

We built this building as Annex of Yasuragiso(Traditional Japanese inn),thinking "We want you to thoroughly enjoy Mt.Fuji" and "We want you to spend a relaxing and private time". Next door is an old shrine and nature, which is very quiet. The lake can also be reached on foot. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's very convenient for sightseeing in Fuji Five Lakes. We have a free parking & Rental bicycles .
