They move into the upper comfortably furnished apartment in the house with pine parlor, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Relaxing and undisturbed sleep can be found in 2 separate bedrooms. A large all-round balcony with fantastic views of the valley invites you to linger. In winter you can reach the middle station on foot in 8 minutes.

Enjoy your holiday in this stylish and perfectly-located holiday home. The 2 newly renovated units, located in a prime, sunny and quiet location offer you absolute comfort and privacy. The flats are within walking distance of the centre of Oetz and the skilift. Almost identical, each unit offers a comfortable lounge area with couch plus bar seating with valley views, a separate bedroom, modern kitchen and bathroom. The two flats have a shared entrance and can of course be booked together.

Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, on the - 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, nicely furnished. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 10 or 3 minutes on foot) and car (P by the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farm shop, baker, butcher are around the corner, 5 min to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Our cozy and newly furnished "Alpenlodge" opened its doors in March 2022 and is located in a rural farming area just above the city Wenns in Pitztal. At 1200m you enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature of the alps with a stunning panorama and view of the ski area "hochzeiger".
