This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Fully equipped comfortable Newtown studio/flat

20-30 mins walk from central Wellington City. Calm, peaceful space. Fully self contained, washing machine, stove, small fridge. Curtain separates bedroom area. 20-30 Restaurants 10 min walk. Public transport excellent. Parking isn't great in Newtown and sadly there's no off street parking, but our guests can usually find something within 50m of our house.
