"Longleaf Pines" adorable newly renovated home.

Our home is located in Old East Rome - a strategic area near downtown and I75 to Atlanta and Chattanooga. Our street is quiet as both adjoining lots are wooded. Unfenced backyard to enjoy the view of mountains with your dog - $35 fee per stay. Longleaf Pines wants to make you feel away from the city but at same time near all the attractions in Rome. The foundation of our house is over 60 years old, so the flooring is a bit uneven in a few spots. We're happy to be your home in Rome!

A cozy apartment that is a perfect place to relax. Enjoy wildlife watching and star gazing. Just minutes away is quaint Cave Spring, with antique shops and restaurants. Enjoy walking, fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking. Bring your gear and go! This space is adjacent to our residence. Generally, we do not see guests unless they want to interact. The space is open and has a lot of natural light. Bring a mask if you are a light sleeper. We live on a gravel drive, it is easy to navigate!

Comfortably and attractively furnished with two living rooms and covered parking. Very private wooded setting with occasional deer visits. Extremely convenient to all Rome offers. Easy access to Atlanta highway and Rome Bypass (Berry College, Tennis Center, Mt. Berry Mall, Redmond Hospital). Less that four miles from downtown Rome, the Forum River Center, Floyd Medical Center, numerous restaurants, city parks with walking trails. Twenty-four hour dining and shopping within four minutes.

Large, historic, beautifully renovated home. Park the car and take a short walk to the ECO Greenway trail system, or to Downtown Rome, where you will find many cafes, boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, and bars on Broad Street. The Roman Chariot passes by on the weekends and will pick you up and drop you off! A quick drive will take you to the picturesque Berry College, Braves Stadium, and Cave Spring, a cute little town that is great for antiquing!
