Unbeatable location and perfectly equipped. You will not miss your home as you will have everything you need during your stay. Access to the AP-9 is next door, and in the area you will find shopping centers, catering area, pharmacy, clinic. There is a nearby river walk and 20mit by car you have the beaches and castles of San Felipe and La Palma. Forget the worries at this great place-it's an oasis of tranquility! Located in an area very close to everything, just 50 meters away is a beautiful river/sea promenade. 15 minutes from the best beaches and 10 minutes from downtown, the nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. In the area there is a great variety of restaurants and breweries. Very close by, is the Monastery of San Martiño de Juvia, which dates back to the 10th century.

Fully renovated and furnished apartment in July 2022. It has all you need for a pleasant stay: appliances, utensils, toiletries, etc. Our cozy apartment is located just 1 km from the city center, in a busy area with all the services just a few meters away (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.). Just a 15 minute walk from the bus/train station and Plaza de España and the Dolce Vita/ Odeon and Alcampo shopping center.
