Shops, 6 restaurants, groceries & train are .2 tenths of a mile. Town limit = 4 guests. Off-street parking for 1 car. No pets. Super clean unit however not hypoallergenic (known scam to get refund). Built circa 1830, historic district, carriage house gut reno in 2003.

We are located adjacent to Dix Park which includes tennis courts and a walking track. Within walking distance to downtown Beverly Farms and the commuter rail. Just a few miles from both Endicott and Gordon College.
