Fine apartment above the lake

Apartment is located directly at Dieksee, from the house to the waterfront it is 10 meters away! Through large panoramic windows, you can look directly at the crystal clear water from the bedroom and living room. From the balcony you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. On the 12th floor (end floor), geese chatter past at eye level. Pure nature and tranquility! The 48 sqm, stylish and comfortable apartment is designed throughout with a pleasant cork floor. The small kitchen has everything you need!

Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Das schön eingerichtete und neu renovierte 2-Zimmer Apartment liegt mitten in der Holsteinischen Schweiz, direkt am See mit Blick auf die Diekseebucht und den Schiffsanleger. Entschleunigung und Entspannung fürs Auge und die Seele: Baden, Wassersport, Wandern und Radfahren, Nichtstun und den Wasservögeln zusehen. In Malente ist die Zeit ein wenig stehen geblieben und genau das macht den Charme aus, Sommerfrische-Feeling eben. Dazu ist die nahe Ostsee nur ca 25 Fahrminuten entfernt.

This small cottage is wonderfully quiet and therefore an ideal retreat. The waterfront location offers excursions in one Holstein Switzerland as well as an excellent starting point for boat tours. In the immediate vicinity is the Landgasthof Kasch and a pier for the „5-lake tour“. A supermarket with a Sunday opening is about 3 km away and there are several other shopping and dining options within a shorter driving distance.
