All appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, coffee and tea. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Full length covered front porch, large back deck with a private back yard. Plenty of parking with car port. The home is 7 minutes drive to LU- all highway with easy access to 501 and 460 and downtown Lynchburg.
