Private unit attached to primary home with own entrance - Mother-in-Law suite. Only shared space is driveway and there are 3 parking spots. One level ranch style home near West end bridge Oak Island (OKI) minutes to ocean (walkable)...fifteen minutes to Southport/Bald Head Island (ferry). Route 17 north to Wilmington and 17 South to Myrtle Beach SC as well as Ocean Isle, Holden, Sunset Beach, Calabash and Shallotte, NC. We prefer multi-night (2 or more) bookings versus a single night booking.

If you love golf this place is for you. If you love the beach this place is for you. As the name implies, "Tee and Sea" offers the best of both worlds. While staying in our lovely, one bedroom mini-suite, you will be only 5 minutes from sinking your toes in the sands of Sunset Beach, and only a maximum of 12 minutes away from sinking putts on any of the 13 immaculate local golf courses. Historic, peaceful, and close to the beach. Live oak trees and Spanish moss blanket the property. Stroll to the intracoastal waterway and stop by the George Washington tree on your way. The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to easily wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard and relax at night in the screened in porch by the koi pond. Located one mile from the beach.
