A beautiful 300 year old apartment which has exposed beams, large open plan living room and a kitchen. The building is Grade 1 and 2 listed. Enjoy a 30 second walk to the river with easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This attractive Georgian town sits directly upon the River Severn. There are farmers markets and stalls on the weekend and great pubs, restaurants and cafes to dine in and have a drink! We are situated close to many historic riverside towns in the area.

12-minutes walk from Bewdley town centre and the River Severn, this lovely one-bedroom annexe with private access and free off-road parking is perfect for a relaxing time away. There's an excellent king-sized bed, large en-suite shower room and comfortable lounge. Facilities include WiFi and space to prepare food with microwave, fridge, toaster etc . Also sun terrace and garden. The Wyre Forest and an excellent pub for food are a short walk away and there are also great places to eat in town.

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

The Little Barn - a beautiful open plan living barn conversion in the beautiful Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire. The interior exude light and space. Sleeps 2-4 guests in two double rooms ( bedrooms are open plan ). We can provide a cot. There are also two sofas, sky TV, a dining area to seat 6 people. There is also with a wet room. Off-road parking and separate access also. Toaster, kettle, fridge & microwave only NO DOGS SORRY as we have 2 labradors.
