Fully renovated apartment in the heart of Nijmegen! This monumental building is located on the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and you can taste the authentic atmosphere through the wooden skeleton. In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transport. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites for beautiful hikes and bike rides. If it should be a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, until you take very well taken care of in the nearby nuclear water wonderland. The towns of Kleve and Emmerich with a very beautiful Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hour.

De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf.
