Vacation rentals in Limassol

Attention! If you are not physically fit or have disabilities, PLEASE do not book this experience for your own safety! One of the benefits of being docked in Zygi is that it is between Larnaca and Limassol (Limassol being the closest). You can get a bus from Larnaca as well as from Limassol to drive you to Zygi. We shall cast off from the port of Zygi and head towards Governors beach, checking out the shore as we go. We shall open up the sails, kill the engine and let the power of the wind carry us. Right after the Zygi port we shall pass the docking station of Vassiliko where large freight ships are docked for loading and unloading cargo. Passing Vassiliko the fish farms will be our next checkpoint, where usually sea turtles and dolfins show up. Right next to the farms our final destination will be Governors beach, where we shall drop anchor and relax before heading back. Sailboats are not Power boats, although they go majestically, they are slower, so although this may sound like a small trip in reality it will be more that enough. Other things to note Please note that sailing may not always be possible if the weather is bad or if i think that it might turn bad. The available dates i have in the calendar are based on latest weather forecast and i try to watch it as often as possible. Safety as well as a pleasant experience are my main goals.

We will meet at the Parking area near Onisilos Seaside Theatre early in the morning (right before sunrise) and after a short worm-up we will go together for an easy run (heart rate between 97-155) towards Amathous Archaeological park. We will spend together around 1,5 h, chatting and/or practising mindfulness. We will discuss key points of smart running and talk about the idea of mindfulness in running and in living in general. The culmination of the run will be a nice place on the top of the hill with a good view to the sea, where we can make a break to take a picture/make selfy/celebrate the moment. Main features: Distance: 4 km + 4 km back (8 km in total, approx.) Time: 1,5+ h Benefits: - basics of proper running technique / smart-running concept - body and mind integration, meditating - encouragement for an accomplishment - morning-hour experience at the top of the hill with a view to the sea Other things to note It is important to have a good sleep before the event. Breakfast is not necessary, but if you feel hungry in the morning, better to eat at least 30 min in advance and not a lot. Please make sure you had enough water in the morning and the day before.

We will meet you in Limassol and we will drive to Troodos mountains. Our first destination will be Millomeris waterfall. Then we will continue our ride up to the mountains. There, at Troodos mountains we will do 1 hour hiking around Olympus mountain. It's the highest peak in Cyprus ( 1950 meters above see level ). Spectacular views are waiting for you! Our Next Stop will be at Famous Cypriot Village of Kakopetria. After finishing our first part of the Trip we will drive to the eastern side of Cyprus - Beautiful Cape Greko. There we will do light hiking around beautiful rocky mountain in the area. We will visit by walking to some great places, such as Sea caves and Bridge of Love. We will spend some time there. This trip will take around 8 hours. You will definitely enjoy to see and hike in beautiful mountains and forest of Cyprus and in the same day to swim and hike in see shore of Cape Greko. A guide from our team will pick you up from a location of your choice and you’ll be driven into the Troodos mountain villages to visit an award-winning boutique winery where you’ll enjoy a tour of the facility and wine tasting on this small-group experience. A trip to the quaint village of Omodos will follow where you’ll have a chance to wonder the cobbled streets and take in the picturesque experience. During our time in Omodos we'll visit an old wine press and enjoy another extensive wine tasting. You'll also have time to shop and the opportunity to see a historical monastery. Through each tasting session you'll discover the indigenous grape varieties of the island and experience a selection of dry whites, rosés and reds plus the traditional sweet wine Commandaria. After you’ve tried 15+ wines we’ll finally sit down for a coffee and traditional snack in the village square to relax and watch the world go by. Any applicable entrance fees, tasting fees, door-to-door transport, traditional snack, Cyprus coffee & water are all included in the tour price. We will set to explore a hidden beauty of Cyprus. The beautiful formation of the white limestone with the clear water and the sea life makes the perfect setting for a sea kayak experience. We meet at the designated launch site where we will provide you with the necessary information about the area and equipment (kayak, paddle, PFD). We will make a small introduction on how to paddle and self rescue techniques. Following on, we will practice what we learn in the water and the adventure begins. We set off and paddle together with a relaxed pace to discover hidden coastlines, small coves, and weave through rocks. On our way, besides learning the basics of kayaking and different kayaking techniques, we will get to know about the area, the Cyprus sea life and more importantly we can get to know each other better and exchange information about our culture. We will make one stop where we will have time to swim, snorkel and relax. We will also enjoy a morning coffee and a local snack before we will start to paddle back having spend an adventurous day in the sea. Other things to note This activity is suitable for first timers kayakers, and it is offered as an experience. Participants should expect moderate work out but we also adjust to the group strength and stamina. Most of the kayaks are double, so there is a chance you will be sitting and socializing with someone else.
