Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Belägen i ett lugnt och grönt område med endast en kort promenad till Mariaplan med caféer, barer och restauranger. Gångavstånd till Slottsskogen och Röda Sten. 2 minuter till spårvagnen som tar dig antingen till havet eller till centrala stan på ca 15 minuter. Parkeringsplats precis utanför porten. Rolig fakta: Huset är byggt 1939 och var ett så kallat barnrikehus som betyder att man var tvungen att ha minst tre barn för att få flytta in. Lägenheten var vid den tiden toppmodern med WC inomhus.

In my apartment, you or you live with close proximity to everything. Outside the window there are restaurants, cafes, shops and playgrounds. In 2-5 minutes walking distance you reach Slottskogen or Röda Sten. Trams 3, 9 and 11 will take you quickly to other parts of town. The apartment has an open floor plan between kitchen and living room and you can choose to rent this part with access to a small bedroom with 140 bed, or another one or two bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub and lovely courtyard.
