Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

Lys 3 værelses lejlighed på Amager, tæt på metroen

Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Der er også en dejlig stue med sofaarrangement og spisebord , samt TV. Bad og toilet ligger for enden af entréen, som samler hele lejligheden, der ligger i stueplan.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig, hvor du er tæt på metro, lufthavn, by og strand! En personlig indrettet udlejningsbolig på 2. salen af en patriciervilla, som bebos af en sød og imødekommende familie. Opgangen deler vi. Lejligheden er nyrenoveret med bl.a. et lækkert køkken, hvor man kan lave mad til hele familien. Lyset og udsigten er skøn! Gratis Wi-Fi og mulighed for gratis parkering lige ved huset. Find a queen-size bed for two adults and optional mattresses for up to two kids with clean linen, pillows etc. The house is located 5 min. of walking from the beach, one metro stop from CPH Airport and a few min. from the metro. Downtown CPH is 15 min. away by metro. Get cooking in the kitchen or pick up nearby take-a-way and enjoy. Shower in the cool bathroom equipped with towels and other necessities.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Guesthouse close to Copenhagen, airport and beach.

Very nice bright and new Guesthouse with aircondition, located 10 minutes from central Copenhagen. Very quiet area with no noise from traffic etc. The guesthouse has WIFI, aircondition The guesthouse is not big enough for 3 adults, but its ok with 2 adults and 1 child. There is 1 sofabed 160x200 and if needed there can be a extra mattress on the floor SMOKING of any kind in the guesthouse or outside is not allowed in the guesthouse or near the house.

Delicious topfloor penthouse-style duplex/ apartment in two levels, modern art and stylish danish design furnitures, undisturbed large privat sunny roof-terrace. Central location between the main train station and airport, very easy to get around with public transportation or using the 2 bicycles. Also quite close to the beach (see the map in the photos). Flexibel check in and out times. Free public parking in the street.
