First, we don't charge a cleaning fee...we don't believe in that. Second, we've already reduced last year's nightly rate of $95 by 8.5% to nullify inflation. Third, you can enjoy a night here for less than you'd spend at Motel 6, ah but they don't have a foosball table, massage chair, decks among huge trees, a walking trail, a fire pit, or a two acre pond full of fish.
