Walk like a local with Shiba dog/豆柴 at Tsukiji/築地 & Ginza/銀座

[Local routes/basic] walk you through the marketplaces (築地市場) Then, either head to Ginza (銀座) for City walks, or by Sumida River (隅田川) for Nature walks. [Refreshing routes/special] Arrangeable on weekends; one of the favorite picks like Hibiya Park, Imperial Palace Gardens via Marketplaces, Ginza would be refreshing experiences for morning to start! When the paper is dried, I'll show you how to use a traditional brush pen to write messages on the cards in Japanese. At the end, I 'll be able to guide you on how to mail your unique cards to your friends or family. Other things to note; Please be sure to bring the mailing addresses of the people you want to send your postcards to.
Cross Country Skiing & Powder Snow
Before booking please confirm your shoe size so I can prepare the ski boots. Cross country skiing is sliding on the snow with skis. You can slide uphill and of course ski downhill which is a lot of fun. This experience is designed for everyone regardless of skiing ability. We will head over to a wonderful local forest blanketed with fluffy powder snow where we will strap on skis and follow hill side trails carved into the forest. Sliding on fresh powder snow is like skiing on a cushion. If you are a beginner, no worries. I will give you basic guidance on how to ski and slide on the snow. Everyone can do this. It is easy and fun. We can make our own course coming across fox, rabbit and deer tracks. There is no hurry to get anywhere. How far we go will be based on your preference. I will take you on courses to best suit your ability. Our experience will vary by how much fresh snow has fallen. This experience is great family fun. If you know how to ski I can take you to more challenging areas. Dress in layers. Once we start moving our body temperature will rise and we can take off the necessary clothing. Contact me for groups larger than 4 people.
Cook homemade gyoza with a family
Let’s have a new coming back to Japan!!!! Please send me date and time, I will make schedule. I can host max 10-15 and book a studio. We'd like to share making delicious homemade gyoza. Normal gyoza, VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE to choose. We will share recipes with you and teach you how to prepare the ingredients and materials. It is really healthy and easy to get ingredients in your country. 1. We will start by preparing the gyoza wrapper. As soon we made the dough, we will do the filling. After the filling, rolling the wrappers/sheets is a must. You will learn how to shape gyoza by hand, not with molds. Once all the gyozas are done, we will cook on the hot plate. Gyoza can be done with various fillings. The ones we are going to do will use basic ingredients: meat, pork, and vegetables. If you are vegetarian, vegan, or Muslim, please let us know, and we will substitute with tofu. If you have food allergies, please let us know. From here, you will have learned how to prepare the flour, wrap, and cook. Enjoy eating gyoza as much as we do. 2. Once we finish making the gyoza, we will show you how to cook 3 different type of gyozas. 'Pan fried gyoza, Deep fried gyoza, boil gyoza' It is easy and delicious for parties to normal daily dinner. We are very excited to meet everyone, please write to us. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or food that you cannot eat.
