Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Lovely little two bedroom bungalow 2 blocks from the bay. House is about 4 miles away from Seaside Heights boardwalk and Island Beach State park. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, liquor store, ice cream shop, supermarket, and the Barnegat Bay. Fabulous little beach on the bay where dogs are welcomed. Very cool and cozy little place where you can enjoy a few days and relax. Fenced in back yard for the dogs and a doggie door. Gas BBQ and fire pit. Bring the Bikes, Beach Chairs and Kayaks.

Barnegat Bay Getaway

Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, DUCKS & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Stay at one of the top ten most popular AirBnBs at The Jersey Shore! This first fl condo has been completely redone and is truly a one of a kind experience. Located 1 block from the bay and ocean this Spanish style home features 3 bdr, 2 full-baths, balcony, deck, a full mixed martial arts gym, off-street parking and a beautiful 8 person hot tub! Also, I do not charge a cleaning fee because I feel that it should be included in the price.
