A cozy house in the heart of the capital

The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

Located at one of the few pedestrian streets, in the absolute center, where are all the cafes and bars, as well as a gym, restaurants and supermarkets all within 500m the view is on the cathedral park. A cozy house with a private yard in the ultra center of the city. The yard with a barbecue area, covered by the shadow of a walnut tree. The apartment is close to the center, making it easy to plan your visit. Located between 3 parks.
