여주 주어리 양자산 한적한 시골마을에서 편안하게 휴식하기 좋은, 가족과 함께 여유로움을 느끼기 좋은 "그리고 휴식" 입니다. 한 가족, 한 커플 또는 성인 둘 예약만 가능합니다. 그 외 예약은 예약 전 문의 부탁드립니다. (성인 두커플 이상은 예약이 어려우며 방문자 방문이 어렵습니다.) 약 200평 땅에 본채와 별채가 있습니다. "그리고 휴식"은 별채(약 19평)를 단독으로 팀만 사용하시는 형태이며, 별채 앞마당 또한 단독으로 사용하신다고 생각하시면 되나, 본채에 호스트가 거주하고 있으니 참고부탁드리며, 시골마을 내에 위치하고 있어 주변이 비닐하우스, 낡은 시골주택, 밭 등으로 둘러싸여 있는점 참고부탁드립니다. 셀프 바베큐 - 2만원 추가(그릴, 숯, 토치, 부탄가스, 목장갑, 숯용집게) 에어바운서 - 2만원 추가(5월~9월만 이용 가능) * 당일 요청시 준비되지 않아 이용이 어려울수 있습니다. 도보 5~10분 거리에 계곡이 있습니다. 도보로 양자산을 산책하실수 있습니다.

We have 300 square Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast. You can also enjoy sports near the Nam Han River Close to Yangpyoung city, Yangpyoung is famous for Museum, parks, local galleries and local restaurant delicious food. You can find my house " ASIN" station "Jungang" line. Near Asia United Theological University.

이 숙소는 펜션이 아니고, 저희 아빠가 직접 지은 주거용 단독 전원주택입니다. (마당 우리에 대형견이 있으나 애견동반숙소는 아닙니다.) 1층은 부모님이 사용하시고, 2층-3층 복층구조 (3층 다락방)은 사용빈도가 적어 에어비엔비로 내놓습니다.^^ 2층,3층(다락방) 전부 사용하실 수 있고, 게스트용 출입문 따로 있습니다. 2층 침실1 (2층침대), 거실, 부엌(작업대 및 식탁) , 화장실1, 3층 다락방(온돌) 공용공간으로는 넓은 마당, 테라스 바베큐시설, 아이들 발 담그고 놀만한 '연못겸 폭포?!겸 분수' 가 있습니다. 주변에는 5분거리 원적산, 10분거리에 이천산수유마을축제, 차량 20분 이천 재래시장및 설봉공원, 10분거리 교외카페 등이 있습니다.
