Beautiful idyllic cottage on 3000 sqm land A lot of hiking and bike trails offer all the possibilities. In addition, there are quite a few downhill ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails available in winter. The popular destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. At 950 m, the water dome is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers an extensive range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Our apartment, 40 sqm,is located on the garden facing ,south terrace side ,rural,our private house,on the edge of the forest and with an unobstructed view of nature. Free parking on the property. The apartment is well located,functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet ,extensive walk in the nearby forest there are 10 minutes to the A7 motorway exit. Fulda 6 km city center, 7 WeltenTherme 2 km, Wasserkuppe 14 km. Downtown Fulda 6km. The terrace is set up for Airbnb guests.

Our beautiful apartment in the listed "Alte Mühle" is located in the painting village Kleinsassen in the middle of the biosphere reserve Rhön, directly at the foot of the Milseburg. It offers an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to the nearby Fulda and the Rhön, and in summer use of the beautiful garden with pool. The apartment is quiet and has a separate entrance. Beautiful attic apartment, brightly decorated, large panoramic windows, soapstone stove for cold days, space for 4 people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (a small one without shower, a larger one, see pictures)fully equipped. Shopping market is only 50 m away, quiet area. Direct connection to cycling and hiking trails. Swimming pool 250 meters away. Parking right outside the door.

Our guests can look forward to a small apartment on two levels with a large balcony. It has its own access so you can enjoy your stay undisturbed.
